The space
The home features 2.5 levels of living space, with four comfortable bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a range of amenities designed to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
The main level features a open-concept living and dining area, complete with comfortable seating, a flat -screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, and microwave. This level also features one full bathroom, alone with a cozy bedroom with a full-size bed across the hall. feel free to use the laundry room on this lever that is equipped with detergent and additional cleaning supplies.

The house is right on Claytor Lake and has a dock for your own private access to the water. If you are visiting for more than just the lake, you are close to many other things as well, we are about 40 minutes from Virginia Tech, 30 minutes to Radford University, 48 minutes to the New River Trail, 30 minutes from Draper Valley Golf, and located within 30 minutes of several wineries and breweries.
